The 2020 National Christian Singles Seminar (NCSS) will be held Virtually on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. pacific time/ 11:30 a.m. eastern standard time. A pre-conference game night will take place on September 11 starting at 5:00 p.m. pacific / 8:00 p.m. eastern time. Hosted by the Crenshaw Church of Christ in Los Angeles, there will be guest speakers, virtual breakout sessions, great fellowship and more! We may not be able to physically gather, but that has never stopped us from doing the Lord's work.
In times like these, many of us are dealing with loss, loneliness, financial struggle and our faith is being tested. In thinking of this, the theme for the conference is Seeing Christ in Crisis: It's Still Planting Season. Because in all of this, God is still with us.

I was in the wide open safari lands of Africa. As I was traveling the desolate land with my African guide, (he never said his name i will call him beuford)Beuford, I noticed that there were an increasing number of spiders. I inquired to Beuford about this and I voiced my concern. After all I am very afraid of spiders.Although I was somewhat worried about this Beuford assured that we would be alright. He said that if any of the spiders gave us trouble that he would take care of them. So we traveled on into the safari. Before I knew it the spiders had become the size of small dogs(kinda like a basset). Just as he promissed Beuford took care of them. He would kick at the spiders and even when he would miss them, a bolt of lightning came out of the sky and struck the spiders, causing them to explode. While all of this was going on I managed to hear a ringing in the air. Then it happened. I woke up to my phone ringing.
